Three Red Sweaters

I love cute matching outfits.  The boys actually like to match as well.  For now they think it is fun to dress alike and I'm taking full advantage. My mom got these outfits for the boys and they are very cute.  I'm not sure if the boys liked the sweaters or the hats more.

 Poor Anders fell and hit is lip a few days before this.  Look at that big, fat lip!

 Of course we have to try to get a picture with grandparents.

Anders is trying his hardest to smile, but he can't get the left side of his face to work.  Makes for a funny picture though.

Train Sweaters

I love when the boys have matching things.  They also like dressing alike.  I think I will take advantage of that for now.  Debbie and Pam decided to give the boys an early Christmas present before they took off for Florida.  They saw these sweaters and bought them all last year.

And as much as I would love to show you all a nice picture with their nice, new sweaters, I just can't.  These three trade off sabotaging every picture.

 I guess I did a little sabotaging of myself.  Not only are none of the boys looking at me, but you can also see my carpet cleaner in the background.

 This pose is usually an indication that I am done.  One of the boys usually ends up crying.

See?  Done.  I didn't have any tears, but I had three boys dancing and singing all over the living room.  There isn't one quiet, calm one in the bunch.

Hello and Thank You!

A dear friend and next door neighbor to Debbie and Pam down in Florida loves to hear stories about the boys.  Debbie showed her my blog and I'm told she likes checking in on us.  This summer Anne decided she wanted to get the boys each an outfit.  I felt the least I could do was try to take a cute picture of the boys wearing their cute new outfits.  It was a nice thought...and then I remembered the cold hard truth that if I want a cute picture the boys will ALWAYS find a way to spoil my idea.  Oh well.

So, a big hello to my new friend, Anne (and I'm not just saying that because you got my kids cute outfits).  And, thank you, thank you for the cute outfits.  They look wonderful on the boys and they love them!

Christmas Picture Outtakes

The boys always manage to make picture taking a long, painful and sometimes funny process.  They were full of beans Christmas Eve.  At least 2 out of the 3 were good in church.

 Gus looks like he just woke up, Anders is passive and John looks like he needs to go to the bathroom.  Just a normal day in the Fiene house.

 I take my previous comment back.  THIS is a normal day in the Fiene house.

Gus was just absurd.  He is not a quiet kid but he is usually my calm kid.  I think the excitement of everything was just too much.

Cute Outfits

Solveig bought these cute outfits for the boys and every time they wear them I try to get pictures. Out of all of the pictures I have taken over the course of the summer I think this is as good as it is going to get.
